Male cheetah don't take part in raising cubs, so cheetah family consists of a mother and one or more cubs.
I drew it for a sort_of_contest in a cheetah-related group on VK.
Heavily referenced on this photo, it was a contest theme.
Also I figured out another way of shading/drawing fur which I like more than the way I did it before.

You did a marvelous job re-capturing the photo and infusing it with feeling for the cheetah family. Initially I had thought that the mother cheetah's proportions were slightly distorted, but I looked at the photograph and saw that she really does look like that. The width of her thighs and waist are as depicted in your art.
